Pros

An organization with many great people with great ideas. Company provides a good work life balance and allows employees some flexibility in their schedules. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Super political top down management style that doesn't always listen to the experts they've hired. A relatively slow moving organization driven by lots of bureaucracy and process that in some cases makes it difficult to get things done and ultimately stay ahead of competition.

Pros

Relationships between management and associates are good. Understanding when It comes to time off. Advancement to grow

Cons

Pay wasn't too good. Hours weren't great. But retail hours aren't always that good.

Pros

The people I worked with were all very friendly with the exception of a few. I got good hours and good pay.

Cons

The training was horrible. I basically taught myself everything I knew on the register. The management sucks as there was a lack of communication.
