Pros

Great place to work. Employees are given a clear career path and tools with lots of room for vertical growth.

Cons

Difficult to change career paths once you get embedded in an area. Recommend one actively research other areas early in career in order to successfully change directions without financial set back.

Pros

Employees are very nice, management is okay. Overall it's not a negative environment to work in, so it's pretty regular.

Cons

Lack of support, no advancement opportunities, hours cut, subjected to horrible job reviews, unreasonable expectations for such a small store with little to no quality merchandise.
