20% Discount Can use coupons with discount and/or on sale items Flexible schedules I liked JC Penny because their circulars were available weeks in advance so I could get coupons and wait until whatever I wanted to go on sale and get it for practically free. I loved using the 10 off any purchase coupons. Also they accepted photocopied coupons so I had a ball!!!!
Cons
Low Wages Understaffed (Customer Service) Managers never available when needed Wanted Customer Reps to get people to sign up for credit card Even thought I got items for free (legally) I still was paid lower than most Sales Associate positions. Whenever there was a problem and a customer requested a manager the manager was never to be found. Also they pressed the issue of getting people to sign up for the JCP credit card.
