Pros

- easy to learn your job - comfortable work environment - decent employee discount, including promotions - opportunity for advancement

Cons

- no respect from management - horrible pay, unless you're commissioned, but at my store they did away with commission, but did not raise the base pay adequately

Pros

lots of hours if you want them and are willing to work. Discounts are good, and they let you combine them with the same coupons and benefits the customers have access to.

Cons

Upper management couldnt manage their way out of a wet paper bag. hard to get time off, even when you give them advanced notice. finally removed the freeze on raises, but are still stingy with them.

Pros

Employees are very nice, management is okay. Overall it's not a negative environment to work in, so it's pretty regular.

Cons

Lack of support, no advancement opportunities, hours cut, subjected to horrible job reviews, unreasonable expectations for such a small store with little to no quality merchandise.
