The management here can barely function at the register, they always pass by without hrlping if they see you have a long line (and good luck getting help on time). I have worked there for 4 ish years and they passed me up for a promotion twice even though i was promised the position when i left my second job for them. They have also not given me a raise because the only thing they see is how many ICAPs you get. Everything is based on crdit applications. The quality of the workers has dropped significantly because they only keep those that can open ICAPs and not the people who are actually capable of cleaning and helping the customers. I used to love working here when i first started and manager for the store was different. This place is only great for those who are in high school or looking for a temporary work place.

Blackouts, unreasonable managers, manager preferences, treatment, etc.
