Pros

Discount on products was only pro.

Cons

You’ll basically be a minimum wage credit card salesman. The company doesn’t care about beauty and value employees who are knowledgeable in this area. Thankless job and zero opportunity to move up because the same old gossiping ladies that work here never leave. No benefits. Forced to take 1 hour unpaid break instead of 30 minutes so you have to stay longer at store for your shift to make any money. Too many managers and leaders all walking around micromanaging others instead of actually working.

Pros

Some nice colleagues, no real creative heavy lifting.

Cons

Zero opportunity to be recognized for one’s talents or to scale the ladder. Everyone managing upwards frantically instead of worrying about good, creative campaigns.
