We strive to clearly communicate during the Incentive Analyst interview process that the volume of data at times requires additional overtime monthly during our peak periods, which can consist of working on weekends and stat holidays. In those cases, the company subsidizes the stat pay and overtime pay for hours worked by our employees per ESA guidelines.
