Pros

It’s remote first. Unlimited PTO which is useless if you can’t even take a vacation day. Some great coworkers.

Cons

Management has overlooked bullying of multiple staff members for years despite repeated complaints. Pay is mediocre for majority of roles. No career growth. Staff has been cut and management is ignoring people being overworked. Holidays have been reduced. No support. Short sighted planning and execution at the expense of long term growth.

Great coworkers, but leadership is a struggle

Pros

The day to day people are amazing to work with and really understand their customers and what they need.

Cons

The current leadership say they care about employees but keep pushing out people who truly understand the products and the customers. People who are already here are passed up for jobs they are qualified for for people that are being brought in from the outside and don’t know the business. They are making changes without fully understanding the products and they put a high level structure in that could work but it was implemented poorly and inconsistently.
