Pros

Supportive management and collaborative peers. Managers are approachable and helpful, and the team atmosphere is very positive Strong work‑life balance and flexible options. Remote-first setup, few Friday meetings, and generally manageable schedules

Cons

Legacy code and tight deadlines. The codebase can be disorganized and difficult to work with sometimes, with a priority on quick fixes over refactoring or quality improvements

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear that you feel supported by your managers and teammates, and that our flexible, remote-first approach is helping you maintain balance. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the technology challenges you face. Managing a mix of legacy and new technologies can indeed be complex and an opportunity we are looking at. Thank you, J.D.
