      Pros

      This company presents well on paper. Benefits were outstanding on the whole. CEO works to promote the family experience within the company.

      Cons

      This company falls far short in recognizing the differences in the cultures to the regions it has a presence in. There is no real HR representation in the satellite offices. Promotion and bonus systems are based on who you are aligned with in the company rather than merit or percentage. Compensation for relocation needs serious upgrading if your home office is in any other than KC. Far behind the industry standards regarding safety education. If seeking employment with this JED, be cautious in believing everything on the website.

      Pros

      Work with talented, ambitious, hardworking people. Great C-level management. Culture of care for employees with effort given to creating perks at work. Good benefits. Nice facilities in Atlanta headquarters of SE region.

      Cons

      I worked in a corporate support role (communications) so my experience may be different than operations. Overall, can't think of any cons. At the the time there seemed to be little opportunity for communications folks to do anything but write business proposals and not enough opportunities to learn about the business, but I hear management is working to improve on that.
