      Very very top heavy. Too many VP's Some VP's have only 4 or 5 people working for them.

      Pros

      There are many resources available to employees depending upon which department they work for, what office they work in and what type of role they have. The company is well respected in the midwest and has many wonderful perks if you work in the Headquarters in Kansas City.

      Cons

      Other offices around the country do not receive the same support from HQ. Communication is difficult with the main office at times. Over time, "difficult business decisions" have been made and offices around the country have been closed. This was my personal experience.
