Terribly run business. Manufacturing plants run themselves but all different than the other. There’s no communication between plants or resource sharing. Corporate is so far disconnected while also trying to micromanage it’s honestly comical. They hire people, just to do layoffs and close plants. Can’t make quality doors or deliver product on time because they don’t dedicate time back into their employees to make it an enjoyable environment for them to want to stay. I truly have no idea how this company has survived for as long as it has, it’s a sinking ship. There was no real onboarding process either. Just awful.
