Pay is good, lots of overtime

Cons

Too much overtime, will work you 6 days a week for months on end, as well as make you work daily overtime. They do not care about you or your family. You are just a pulse to this company and do not value you whatsoever. The only way to grow in this company is to have a friend in the offices, nepotism runs rampant. Most leads and management are sub par and disconnected from the actual workers, some creating toxic environments with terrible attitudes towards employees.
