      Pros

      Good benefits. Five words required but that’s it.

      Cons

      3 restructurings in a year, transformation is a joke, lip service to culture but it’s terrible. Brought up issues with 4th manager in a year and was put on a PIP the next week. Finance leaders better at playing corporate politics than turning an accurate forecast in. Never been so relieved to leave an org.

      Great people on the marketing department team

      Cons

      Drastic cutbacks in the company with layoffs every 6 months or so. Marketing team has been drastically chopped back. Leadership is constantly changing in the company and there is no strategy or 1 year, 3 year, 5 year plan. Makes it tough to support any type of plan with leadership not choosing a direction and business goal to help support.
