Good work life balance. Great benefits. Leadership changes have been positive.

Cons

Poor management with lack of talent. No clear path to growth within the company. Continue to preach on people first, but hire from the outside in for top positions. No direction or strategy for the future.

Medical insurance is pretty good.

Cons

Very Top heavy, hiring executives while laying off employees. Currently, they are in SERIOUS financial trouble. Beginning January 2023, they canceled their 401k match program.
