Hours - expectation is that Jeld Wen is your life, make no mistake they do not value your time off or expect you to have a life during any work week if you work on-site at a facility. Yes, they will allow PTO and disconnecting during that time. By then you are near nervous breakdown level.
Incompetent Leadership - you have several people who are mediocre at best at what they do and they hire their friends to be the same. Anyone who does not fall in line with their agenda and covering their lack of competence is pushed out the door with a signed NDA.
Those who are a part of the good old boys club will be moved to at least three new roles, via promotion, prior to actually being terminated. In the interim many front line and site leaders will be scapegoated to cover for their friends.
Even the women at the top fall in line with this, so don't think for one moment because they "get it" when talking to you they will have your back. They will not. Because they would likely not be promoted at any other company at the current level and pay Jeld Wen offers they are just being "Yes Women" and keeping their heads down as dozens of women and people of color leave in droves. Ask for the stats!!!
