Flexibility with your schedule. Schedule your own travel, and it is paid by the company. Teaching and training people in your field. Great healthcare plans.

Employees are nice to work with but it's like an environment of mice in a maze. Hard to be any more positive with the lack of clear direction.

Cons

Management is run by investors, future of company lacks concern for its employees and the community in which it was founded. Klamath is a ghost town, Oregon will suffer overall.
