Pros
Fairly easy to transfer between different locations. The benefits are fairly good, although you are paying for the premiums associated with them.
Cons
You are not always valued as a manager or an employee. This isn't entirely true, as with the first plant that I worked at, everyone was treated fairly and respected. For the location in PA, this was not the case
