      wont work with you talk behind your back and backstab you choose between races low pay over worked for the pay really needy for not enough staff change the policys every day no advancement

      Pros

      pay is fair for simple jobs, but raises are unheard of.

      Cons

      if top management does not feel you are a team player its over for you. I have not spent any quality time with my wife or kids in months!!!

      Pros

      People are good and friendly.

      Cons

      There is no growth opportunity, no bonuses. The benefits package is just an average. There is no serious performance evaluation and no salary raised. I won't recommend anyone to accept the offer. If anyone would like to, I would recommend to insist on onsite interview before accepting the offer and get information about entire details about the work and technology.
