      Pros

      Awesome people to work with, always seeking to help you. You will always build relationships there, Workload is stagnant and OK, you wouldn't grow as much but it's stable enough. Not enough creative freedom, really anytime, change is something that easier to say.

      Pay is great !!!! Hours are great.

      Cons

      Too much favoritism!!! No advancement opportunities. Managers are horrible. Not the best insurance and takes forever to build up PTO
