      Pros

      Management always places safety and well being of employees first. The pay and benefits are on the upper end for geographic area. 10 hour 4 day work week with little overtime allowing more family time and work life balance. Wonderful team to be a part of.

      Cons

      Dusty work environment. There are some warm days in the summer. Not everybody is cut out for this type of work.

      Pros

      There are regrettably none other than a few dedicated and long term employees.

      Cons

      This company is micromanaged at all levels, which explains why they have had constant turnover in their plants, executive team, middle management, sales and manufacturing. There is zero order or collaboration effort in this organization, yet they will micromanage every movement of every employee.
