      I got to work with smart people with good intentions.

      Cons

      C-suite set unreasonable budgets even when data proved them extremely unlikely to hit. Unhealthy work/life balance. Short term thinking from ceo who is not respected from what I could tell.

      Pros

      Work life balance is decent. People you work with are awesome and are very relaxed. Stress is very low. Definitely a place to work if you enjoy working with your hands, but also on a computer.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations at times. Pay is based on HR opinion. Merit increases are based on HR's opinion not supervisor or manager. Don't expect more than a 1.8-2.0% raise.

      - Great benefits - Lots of Travel if desired - Desire for Innovation - Great company culture and work life balance - Super modern headquarter offices with laid-back atmosphere

      - Lots of turn over, messy organization - Frequent leadership turnover - Huge product variation - Ancient manufacturing operations - Not really competitive in their market
