Lack of promotions or opportunities unless you fit a particular mold or are favoured in some way. Lack of connection between managers and staff. Not at all customer service focused therefore continually disappointing customers so staff are regularly receiving complaints. Overall stale atmosphere throughout the entire company. Lack of support for staff to cope with these complaints. Non existent communication between departments, teams and customers. No Discipline for under achievers and No Reward for those going above and beyond. Management dont appear skilled enough to professionally manage difficult staff. Training and sufficient leadership in every aspect almost non existent.

No direction, no structure, chaos, process weak, super high turnaround, no intra company communication, no smiling faces, no grace, no budget, low quality products, such a circus which isn't even funny. Waste of time and effort (if you show any)
