-Birthday Leave -Local -Fellow Employees are great

-Management will regularly change their mind about agreements they have made with employees without any consultation. -They walk back initiatives that are benefitable to employees well being. -Direct Manager is a micro manager who doesn't seem to understand how workloads work. -Regularly given tasks way above paygrade
