Pros

Employees are nice to work with but it's like an environment of mice in a maze. Hard to be any more positive with the lack of clear direction.

Cons

Management is run by investors, future of company lacks concern for its employees and the community in which it was founded. Klamath is a ghost town, Oregon will suffer overall.

not enough pay to much pressure on a few individuals to get things done rather than forcing others to do their jobs
