      Most employees really care and want to do a good job. They are supportive of others and sincerely want to deliver.

      Cons

      Management seems to either lack a strategy or the ability to communicate a strategy and priorities to deliver on this strategy. Everything is always priority number one therefore nothing gets done timely or completely.

      Pros

      There are worse jobs out there.. if you look hard enough. The pay is slightly above minimum wage, im really trying to think positive here

      Cons

      Group Managers at jeld-wen uk get away with doing next to nothing. Some have got into Group manager positions simply for being pals with the C.O's . No Bonus's or Pay rises in years. No possibility of self-improvement within the company.
