      Pros

      Lots of investment and transformation now taking place. Great time to be joining the business and to be part of these positive changes. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great pride in products evident throughout business.

      Cons

      Lots of business knowledge in people’s heads can make it challenging to learn the business quickly, but everyone helpful so this is counterbalanced to a certain degree.
