      Organizational change is all too frequent and lacks an identifiable plan. Lack of clear direction. Infrequent personal interaction. Little job performance feedback. Does little to hire from the outside.

      Very good experience, but no promotions, bonuses are mostly stopped and salary is below average for most managers.

      Pros

      Very lay'd back. Good place to work if salary is not of concern., Be prepared to remain in one position for a long time! Vacation time is flexible.

      Cons

      Salary increases few and far between, Bonus's turn on an off at the drop of the hat and the economy. No over time pay for management, weekends are a good possibility pending on the economy. bonuses range from 2-5K a year, if you get them. Lately bonus's have been stopped for most facilities because of economy.
