Great exposure to basics of P and L. Large headcount. High volume fast pace products.

Cons

Long hours. Under qualified workforce due to pay. Working conditions on floor can be tough on many of the employers. Corporate oversight can feel very ivory tower and aggressive when difficult to achieve numbers aren’t met
