      My teammates and manager were great! The work was interesting.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Long hours, too much travel, Upper management had no respect for our work. The 3 female engineers were targeted and fired or pushed out.

      95% of workers are on drugs. Managers constantly changing, use junk materials to make the windows and doors, fail testing but still send them to.customers and won't honor warranty
