One of the worst places I've ever seen to work.
Pros
The pay is fairly decent. The people that I work with are pretty great people to work with.
Cons
Huge list, starting with the fact that the company is pretty under employed and have seen no efforts to hire new employees. Even when we occasionally do get a new employee, it's not long before most of them quit. The work load they throw on people is enormous. There will be 1 person doing the job of 3 or 4 people at times, which causes a big mess and lots of down time most of the time. Management tries to implement new things without weighing the pros on cons first most of the time. Very aggressive management. Over all I've worked here almost a year and I've seen countless people come and go, and absolutely no improvement. Almost no room for growth. There are times we will get days behind and the scheduling just gets higher and higher and we just get further and further behind. Almost like the management doesn't understand the limits of what can and can't be done. Especially with all the new changes being made. And the further we get behind the more hours we work. There isn't an end to it.
