      There are good people who try to be helpful and set you up for success.

      Cons

      Those people mentioned abI've are undercut by dishonest managers who have no idea how to to their job. Plagued by quality and delivery issues because they have no idea how to run a business - hint...starts with not behaving like you are a boutique business. Your are not a made to order business!

      Pros

      Because people turnover often, you can find growth opportunities quickly if you communicate corporately. Non-management is good, you can find friends here. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      CEO lacks vision and passion for product/service. There is no overall strategy but rather corporate lingo garbage with focus on finance. After benefits and bonuses were taken away, all of the A players left.

      No idea of the pro’s, they wasted almost two months of my time before I could find out

      Cons

      I spent 7 weeks interviewing with this company and jumping through hoops of fire. It was a ridiculous rollercoaster, and finally an offer came through. I resigned my current job and the next business day they rescinded the offer with a cold, heartless email - nobody even had the gall to pick up the phone and speak to me directly after I spent weeks taking half days from work, etc. to jump through their ridiculous interview hoops. Stay very far away from this place. I read all of the Glassdoor reviews and ignored them. Don’t make the same mistake.
