Pros

This job offers excellent work-life balance (35 hour full time work week, flexible hours). Management is very open and helpful, always offering advice and coaching opportunities. I feel truly valued here.

Cons

It can be difficult to break into the team at first. Many people have been here for 10+ years and are very "family" oriented. You have to work to gain their trust before you are welcomed into that family.

Pros

Individual impact of programs. Passionate and knowledgeable team. Working with great clients.

Cons

Office politics. Management confusion. Conflicting values. I don't see room to grow.

Pros

Intentions are good. But Organization is nothing but one giant Cult of Personality. Certain departments are true to mission, but most are just colossal disasters disguised as 'good investments.'

Cons

JEVS is one of the most wasteful organizations I've ever come across. They drive knowledgeable people out and punish those who ask questions.
