Pros

Some of the people are nice, when they need something from you.

Cons

Everything, terrible company to work for and would never recommend anyone to work for. Management has poor communication if none at all, then will complain of lack of communication from employee's yet will never specify what is wrong or what issues management has.

Pros

Able to assist a dynamic group of individuals become more integrated within their communities

Cons

Very political work environment oftentimes, people who have a long tenure with the company. However, who have proven to be uneffective/ burnt out are pampered and saved because of the union. While good workers are left out to dry because they do not have any allies, or ties with management.
