-Diverse workforce -Decent PTO & vacation accrual -Projects can be fun and engaging -Opportunities to network in multiple industries / learning -Union membership available to subset of employees

Cons

-Salary / pay is average -Health benefits are expensive for single & unaffordable for family; both premium & deducible -Some cliquish / political culture -Union is not available for all positions -Not everyone has the option to work remotely (determined by position / type of work)
