Pros

Providing care to clients, I really loved being able to help these individuals as much as I could

Cons

Very stressful environment, there is not much support as a DSP people often do not show up and you will be stuck at work! The clients are not always being cleaned and cared for properly which becomes a domino affect for others working in these homes.
