      Pros

      It's close to the city. You can make good money and you will be there forever as long as you make the company money. Upper management is great.

      Cons

      There are some issues with prejudice and racism. The environment can also be very cut throat. Its about who you know. If you know the right people you can get away with anything including openly racist comments on the sales floor. The hours are long. Do not report anything to HR you will be fired if it pertains to a person who is friends with management. There is a lot of smoke and mirrors. Management will tell you one thing and then do the complete opposite. By the time you leave the company you will be paranoid and distrustful of future employers. There isn't much room for advancement opportunity.

      Pros

      Young youthful sales floor. Compensation is straight forward and there is the ability to move up with hard work. Very nice new office and free bagels and coffee.

      Cons

      Management will play favorites. Rules change daily so you sometimes have no idea if you are doing something correctly. Managers are hired for production abilities over ability to lead a group.
