You can make a lot of money, full time, flexible hours and work from home capabilities

Cons

It is a GRIND, super monotonous, the lead tiers and commission structure are tough to navigate and many times lead volume can change for some and not others making it very difficult to make money

None really, flexible schedule maybe. Still need to hit quotas so you work when your not supposed.

Cons

Tell you to work hard.. doesn’t matter. Higher reps steal small reps clients. How are you supposed to move up when people take your clients, that YOU FOUND. Makes sense why there are new hires every 60 days, competent people who know their worth leave.
