Pros

Excellent management—my manager and the leadership team were genuinely supportive. Great benefits (health coverage and a strong 401(k)). Plenty of learning resources and training content (including through ADP). Positive environment and a solid company in a good industry. Upward mobility felt somewhat limited during my time, but the company appears to have grown since then. I’d be open to returning in the future, just not in this specific dialer-focused role.

Cons

Very high call volume and heavy dialer time—highly production-driven and can feel more like a volume/metrics role than a consultative sales environment. Compensation could be impacted by cancellations and other factors outside the specialist’s control. Limited ability to generate referrals or build a self-sourced pipeline, so results can depend heavily on call mix and the debt profile of who you reach.
