      you can get a lot of hours if they want you

      Cons

      I used to work in the out projects, they messed them up, they promised the customer a big crew then we would show up with half of that, but expected the same amount of work. They talk big on safety, but when it snows like crazy you better come to work or you will get fired. Many guys have had accidents on the road because of this, the owner dont care tho. Paychecks bounce, many times they have ran out of money to pay the guys. The place is a revolving door of employees, because the management messed up a project and they look for someone to blame.

      Pros

      They constantly encourage employees to advance their skillsets and they supply the resources to do so. The pay is above average and there is constant work for the team which seems to be consistently growing. Management is very good about getting employee feedback on projects, equipment, incentive programs etc. They even offer incentive programs for employee referrals

      Cons

      Schedules are typically demanding. Definitely not for the 9-5 person
