Inconsistent hours & scheduling Miscommunication or sometimes no communication @ all Sometimes they just hired anybody with a pulse

For starters, you never know when there’s work, you are told whether you work the next day one day before, there is never a set schedule, also the work environment is extremely unprofessional. This company does not care about their workers what so ever and treats them awful, if their business at the time is doing bad whether your a good worker or not they will lay you off, I would not recommend this job to anyone, they will string you along for months to even years barely giving you hours to eventually laying you off for no real reasons other then “work is slow” please don’t waste your time here if your looking for a long term career or job.
