Thank you for your feedback. JK offers Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off for Full Time employees. Employees also have the opportunity to earn additional PTO through a progressive schedule based on tenure. Additionally, our Managers provide flexibility accommodating the needs of the team members whether for personal or family needs.

The moving industry is a seasonal business with an influx of moves occurring between May and September. For many employees, this is a great opportunity to earn extra money with overtime. To assist with the heavier workload, JK hires a seasonal workforce for the summer months. Additionally, JK offers several events throughout the Summer to increase employee engagement such as the Summer Ice Cream Social, Cookouts, Driver Appreciation Week, and the Summer Picnic. We appreciate comments.

Cons

The organization as a whole, and specifically IT, is focusing more and more on hiring cheap workers from foreign countries as opposed to US workers. State-side developers and other IT employees are being treated more and more as an unnecessary expense.

To best serve our client base, we have employees in 11 countries outside of the United States and our employees speak over 25 different languages. Our operations are situated in the DC Metro region with the majority of our employees in that area. A very small percentage of employees reside outside of the US. Thank you for your thoughts.
