5yOne of the most popular features of the Moving Consultant role is that there are no caps on commission earnings. Our customer app allows clients to get quick estimates using their mobile phone, reducing travel time for our sales people and allowing them to get estimates for more clients in the same amount of time. Each team decides their own team building events throughout the year based on budget, performance, and the preferences of the team. I encourage to you speak with your manager about the next activity and possibly even volunteering to organize the event.
