5yThe Wellness Committee, alongside our Director of Benefits & Wellness, drives our activities throughout the year. In addition to onsite fitness classes and gym memberships, the company hosts Weight Watchers meetings, a monthly wellness newsletter, annual flu shot clinic, classes on various wellness topics, and a variety of wellness challenges. The annual Activity Challenge garners participants from across all of our locations as employees compete to see how many steps they can take each day and who can show the most improvement. The Company also provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) where employees and their families can get help on a variety of topics such as financial wellness, counseling, and childcare.
