Scheduling was a pain as you didn’t know when you were working until the evening of your next shift.

Thank you leaving your feedback! All employees have access to our online scheduling platform which allows our crew members to view their schedules in real time. Our Dispatch team works hard to ensure schedules are posted as early as possible.

No set schedule the days are questionable about where you're going to be.

We appreciate your feedback! Due to the nature of the moving industry, hours may vary week to week. Our Dispatch teams work diligently to provide schedules as far in advance as possible while accommodating requests for time off or flexible scheduling. All employees have access to our online scheduling system where employees can review their schedules in real-time.

Company paid breakfast once a month; rewards for company achievements; none of bigger company politics

Cons

No holidays; toxic middle leadership; hiring of "kids" It seems they just fill positions with people who aren't motivated to work. The ones who have been there for awhile are frustrated with the kids they hire who can't find their rear end with two hands. If you are dumb enough to accept a position in this company, watch out for middle management; they have a tendency to slam you without pointing out what you're doing wrong. Then you're called in to sign your termination papers. And holidays; non-existent. Sure you get the "big" ones like Christmas, Thanksgiving and Labor Day, but all other holidays, you are working. It's understandable that this company has a mission to fill and not all holidays are observed, but they act as if they're on par with the medical, law enforcement and other industries that need 24/7 support, WRONG!

All crew members complete a week-long certification course through our in-house training & development program ensuring our crew members have the necessary knowledge and skills before going out on a job. Additionally, all employees are provided year-round training opportunities to help employees achieve success in their current role. Due to the nature of the moving industry, some of our teams may be needed for weekend work and holiday work. We offer many different positions with several different shift structures available including early morning, evening, or weekends-only work. Our flexible work schedules allow us to accommodate different employee needs.
