To manage this increase in work, we hire seasonal employees that can support us through the season, leaving the work during off-peak to the full time employees. Our drivers and crew average over 40 hours per week and our over-the-road drivers have flat rate guarantees. Thank you for your comments.

To manage this increase in work, we hire seasonal employees that can support us through the season, leaving the work during off-peak to the full time employees. Our drivers and crew average over 40 hours per week and our over-the-road drivers have flat rate guarantees. The off-peak season is a great time to take advantage of learning opportunities available to employees such as driver training. Thank you for your comments.
