- Flexible days - Friendly veterans and helpful HR - Has high chance of tips due to working with wealthy customers

Cons

- Long work hours, varied from 8-16 hour work days, averaged around 12 hours a day. - Inconsistent work hours, many times depending on who is running the job for the day and whether or not they are trying to milk hours for their time sheet - physically demanding and can be difficult to acclimate if not used to strenuous labor

Very good company,they give you all the tools to succeed, my coworker from the Woodbridge office are great , always Will to help, the potential to grow at JK is there put in the work and the rewards will come.

Cons

I think there should be a little more on hands training before she of the movers get actually out in the field

Solid financial foundation. Effective and proven operational model. Well known and trusted brand.

Cons

Close-minded leadership team. A number of incompetent legacy leaders within the company who came up with the owner through the years or are friends with him. Owner too involved in the day to day and unwilling to change outdated practices.
