The moving industry is a seasonal business with peak moves occurring during the summer months. To account for this uptick in business, JK employees up to 200 additional employees company-wide during the summer. To keep employees engaged, various activities occur throughout the year such as ice cream socials, pot luck lunches, contests, and jeans weeks. The people I work with are absolutely fantastic. Good schedule and flexibility. Potential to grow within. Management tends to care about employees. Welcomes diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Flow of information can be improved. I wish to have some more PTO from beginning.
