Cons

It would be more great if there is a little more PTO than the existing. Apart from this every other aspect is very good.

Paid Time Off accrues weekly and the accrual increases with tenure according to the schedule listed in the Employee Handbook. Employees may also carry over PTO into the next year as well as cash out unused PTO. Thank you for your feedback.
