JK provides free onsite workout classes with knowledgeable trainers that really help you get the best of each workout. Free yoga classes are also provided each week to help with the body and mind.

Cons

Workout and yoga classes available only for employees working in the office but there are gym membership discounts for remote employees.

The Wellness Committee, alongside our Director of Benefits & Wellness, drives our activities throughout the year. In addition to onsite fitness classes and gym memberships, the company hosts Weight Watchers meetings, a monthly wellness newsletter, annual flu shot clinic, classes on various wellness topics, and a variety of wellness challenges. The annual Activity Challenge garners participants from across all of our locations as employees compete to see how many steps they can take each day and who can show the most improvement. The Company also provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) where employees and their families can get help on a variety of topics such as financial wellness, counseling, and childcare. Moving & Storage is a seasonal industry and as such, hours may vary week to week. Our full time staff average at least 40 hours per week. We also have programs in place to help employees elevate into roles of higher accountability.
